How to Make a Homemade Honey Facial Cleanser ...

Making a homemade honey facial cleanser can be a fairly uncomplicated process, as the most basic homemade cleansers contain just few ingredients. Plus, since most of the recipes available are all-natural, many of the ingredients can be found on-hand in most homes.

These are a few sample recipes of honey-based cleansers that can be made and used at home. Each serves a different purpose for different skin types, depending on if the person's skin is dry or oily. The mixes should be applied by rubbing into the skin with a warm, moist washcloth and then rinsing with warm water.

Honey Cleanser for Exfoliation

This wash helps to exfoliate oily skin. Mix the ingredients thoroughly in a dish, and apply by rubbing into the face in a circular motion for about 2 minutes. After that, the mix can be rinsed with a warm, wet washcloth.

Honey Cleanser for Dry Skin

Honey Cleanser for Dry and Acne Plagued Skin

This face wash can be used for dry and acne-plagued skin types. Apply the honey-milk-apple juice cleanser by rubbing into the skin for about 2 minutes. Then rinse with warm water and a warm, moist cloth.
